The current facilities of the Baia Sardinia Costa Smeralda Horse Club were established in 1998 but the center’s operations began in 1973 in Porto Rotondo. Since its inception, the center has been distinguished by its strong competitive racing program, the development and enhancement of the Sardinian Anglo Arabian horse breed, and its riding and hacking activities involving the entire island. The technical side of the center has always been led by instructor Arduino Falzoi, founder and soul of the facilities. He began his career in the Army (Carabinieri) in the early 1960s, where he participated in several competitions and made his knowledge available to cadets.
The Horse Club Costa Smeralda center offers excellent riding services during the summer. Your horse will have a relaxing vacation and you will have a chance to enjoy a new location for hacking. Our center often hosts injured horses as the proximity to the sea allows for pleasant rehabilitation. The present wooden stables have 10 boxes. The center has large, safe and shady paddocks. The Costa Smeralda Horse Club also has a horse transport van that operates throughout Europe.
